In general, we recommend having video analysis every 1-2 months to check your progress, unless you fall into one of the categories below:
Active Skater - Skating 3-4 times a week for a few hours each, you progress fast, thus, new mistakes will follow. You don't want them to stick to your muscular memory, therefore, it is useful to have analysis every month.
Recreational Skater - Skating 1-2 times a week for an hour, you will need more time to improve your technique when you are ready for new tasks. In this case, you can have video analysis every 2-3 months.
